GhostClaw private alpha terms.
These terms control access to the GhostClaw website, software, and invitation-only private alpha.
Who provides GhostClaw.
GhostClaw is an unincorporated project operated from the United Kingdom. Contact GhostClaw at ghostclaw@protonmail.com.
In these terms, “GhostClaw” means the project operator. “You” means the person who accesses or uses GhostClaw.
When these terms apply.
You can view the public website without accepting these terms. The website remains subject to the rules on lawful use and intellectual property.
You accept these terms when you explicitly accept them during private-alpha setup or use the private alpha after that acceptance.
You also acknowledge the risk notice in section 03. The Privacy Notice explains data processing and is not part of this contract.
Do not use the private alpha if you do not accept these terms.
Experimental software can fail.
GhostClaw is experimental, incomplete, unaudited alpha software. It can fail, lose local state, disclose public data, or stop without notice.
- Use GhostClaw only with supported test networks and valueless test assets.
- Do not deposit, send, or manage money, production assets, or anything with real economic value.
- Test networks can reset, reorganise, censor transactions, delay transactions, or become unavailable.
- Cryptographic, contract, wallet, agent, provider, and configuration faults can produce unexpected results.
- GhostClaw does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or security advice.
- Private payment features do not create complete anonymity.
Invitation only.
You must be at least 18 years old.
Your invitation and access code are personal to you. Do not sell, publish, or share them.
You must not bypass an access control, security limit, payment policy, or testnet restriction.
GhostClaw can suspend or revoke alpha access to protect users, infrastructure, or the project.
You cannot transfer your access or give another person access through your device or agent.
You control the agent.
- Protect your device, access code, wallet keys, backups, and connected agent accounts.
- Review each spend policy, budget, merchant rule, network, asset, and payment destination.
- Give an agent only the permissions and budget required for its task.
- Use only wallets, accounts, systems, and data that you are authorised to use.
- Review commands before you approve them.
- Keep the local software and operating system secure.
- Comply with applicable laws and third-party terms.
- Tell GhostClaw promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or a security fault.
An agent can act within the authority and budget that you configure. You are responsible for those settings and the resulting agent actions.
PROHIBITED USE
Do not use GhostClaw to break a law, attack a system, deceive a person, launder assets, evade sanctions, or violate another person's rights.
Private does not mean invisible.
- Public networks can show account addresses, timing, commitments, nullifiers, proofs, contract calls, and settlement events.
- Hosted services can receive network metadata, public identifiers, payment requests, proofs, signatures, and settlement results.
- A merchant or resource server receives the information required to provide its resource.
- Your selected AI provider receives the information that your agent sends through that provider.
- Observers can combine public and external information to infer activity or identity.
- GhostClaw cannot erase or reverse a confirmed public blockchain record.
The Privacy Notice explains current data processing and local storage.
Other systems have their own rules.
GhostClaw depends on test networks, hosting providers, blockchain providers, data providers, agent platforms, wallet software, and resource servers.
GhostClaw does not control these services. Their own terms, privacy notices, limits, and availability can apply to you.
GhostClaw can change, replace, restrict, or remove an integration during the alpha.
Limited permission to test.
GhostClaw and its licensors keep all rights in the website, software, brand, documentation, and related materials.
During active access, GhostClaw gives you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable permission to test the private alpha.
Do not copy, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the private alpha except where applicable law or an open-source licence expressly permits it.
If you send feedback, you permit GhostClaw to use it without payment or confidentiality duties. Do not send confidential information as feedback.
The alpha has no service guarantee.
GhostClaw provides the private alpha without a promise of availability, fitness, compatibility, security, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
To the extent permitted by law, GhostClaw is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, lost data, or third-party service failure.
To the extent permitted by law, GhostClaw's total liability connected with the private alpha is limited to £100.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that law does not permit GhostClaw to exclude.
Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory consumer right that applies to you.
Access can end.
You can stop using GhostClaw at any time. Remove the local software and local data if you no longer want them on your device.
GhostClaw can suspend, change, or end the alpha at any time. GhostClaw will use reasonable notice when the circumstances permit it.
Terms about ownership, risk, liability, public records, and applicable law continue after access ends when their purpose requires it.
Applicable law.
The laws of England and Wales govern these terms.
The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, mandatory law can let you use the courts where you live.
If one term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcing a term does not waive that term.
GhostClaw can update these terms for a new alpha version. GhostClaw will request new acceptance when a material change affects continued access.
